Does the mobile app use my voice minutes?
Yes. Voice calls from the mobile app use the same voice minute allowance as phone and WebRTC calls.
Do I need to configure anything for the mobile app?
No. If your Aurion.AI tenant is set up, employees can download the app and sign in immediately. SSO is configured at the tenant level.
Can employees use the app without a phone number?
Yes. The mobile app uses WebRTC for voice calls β no phone number or SIP trunk needed. Employees just need an internet connection.
What about BYOD / unmanaged devices?
The app works on any iOS or Android device. No MDM enrollment required. Authentication is handled via SSO or magic link, and no sensitive data is stored permanently on the device.
Is the app available in all 6 languages?
The app interface follows the tenant's language configuration. Voice calls support all 6 languages with automatic detection, same as phone calls.
