We spent years inside IT departments and customer service operations. We saw the same problem everywhere: skilled agents wasting their days on repetitive requests that should have been automated years ago. So we built AurionAI — a conversational support platform that handles every channel.
Every support team we worked with had the same story
Hundreds of requests a month. Most of them the same 20 issues. Password resets. Ticket status checks. "My VPN won't connect." Refund inquiries. Order tracking. Over and over — across chat, email, and phone.
The agents answering those requests were smart, capable people — stuck doing work that didn't need a human brain. Chat tools helped with some of the volume. But the phone still rang. Emails piled up. And nobody had one AI that could handle all channels.
We decided to build exactly that.
