Yes. The AI Voice Free plan gives you 25 voice minutes per month, forever — no credit card, no time limit. Upgrade to Starter (200 min) or Pro (1,000 min) when you need more.

What counts as an AI resolution?

An AI resolution is counted when the AI agent provides a substantive answer to a user question — through chat, email, or voice. Simple greetings and routing do not count.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your history and configuration carry over. AI Voice is simply added on top of your helpdesk when you move to a bundle plan.

Are integrations really free on all plans?

Yes. Freshservice, HaloITSM, ServiceNow, Jira SM, Freshdesk, and Zendesk integrations are included at no extra cost on every plan.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. You pay for 12 months upfront at the discounted rate. Cancel anytime — unused months are not refunded.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

Overage is billed at €0.05/minute for voice and €0.02/resolution for chat/email. You receive warnings at 80% and 95% usage. Calls are never cut off mid-conversation.

Where is my data hosted?

All infrastructure runs in AWS Paris (eu-west-3). Data never leaves the EU. GDPR-compliant by design.

How many seats are included?

Helpdesk is priced per seat at €14/seat/month (€11/seat/month with annual billing). Bundle plans include 1 helpdesk seat in the base price — additional seats are €14/seat/month (€11 annual). Enterprise plans include unlimited seats. Free plans include 1 seat.
