Why a mobile app?
Since launching Aurion.AI, we have heard the same request from IT teams and employees: can we skip the phone number and just tap a button?
Employees already carry their phones everywhere. When the office printer jams, when VPN drops before a client call, when a new joiner needs access on their first day — the phone is the fastest tool they have. Until now, they had to dial a number or log into a web portal. Aurion.AI Support puts IT help one tap away.
What the app does
One-tap voice calls. Open the app, tap the call button, and you are connected to your company's AI voice agent over WebRTC. No phone number to remember, no IVR menus, no hold music. The same agent that handles phone calls handles in-app calls — same knowledge base, same authentication, same ticket creation.
Ticket management. Every ticket the AI creates (or you create manually) appears in the app. Check status, read agent replies, and add follow-up notes without switching to a browser. Tickets sync in real time across the app, phone channel, and your ITSM tool.
Camera attachments. Take a photo of the broken screen, the error message, or the printer jam and attach it directly to your ticket. No more describing hardware issues over the phone — show the problem instead.
Push notifications. Get notified when your ticket is updated, when an agent replies, or when a change request is approved. No more checking the portal to see if IT responded.
Offline access. Drafted a ticket on the train with no signal? The app queues it and sends it when you are back online. Previously viewed tickets remain accessible offline so you can reference ticket numbers and status without connectivity.
Built for enterprise
Aurion.AI Support is designed for organizations that take security seriously:
- SSO authentication. Log in with your company's identity provider — the same SSO you use for everything else. No separate passwords to manage.
- EU data residency. All data stays in EU-hosted infrastructure (AWS eu-west-3), just like the rest of the Aurion.AI platform.
- No tracking. The app does not contain analytics SDKs or advertising trackers. We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service.
- Tenant isolation. Each organization's data is fully isolated at the database level with row-level security.
Available on every plan
We believe mobile access should not be a premium feature. Aurion.AI Support is included free on every plan — Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. There are no per-seat mobile licenses and no add-on fees.
If you are already an Aurion.AI customer, your employees can download the app today and sign in with their existing credentials. If you are evaluating Aurion.AI, the mobile app is available immediately on the free tier.
