AI Transparency

Last updated: March 30, 2026

AurionAI integrates with third-party artificial intelligence services to power its intelligent IT and customer support automation. This page explains which AI services we use, how they process your data, and how we use Google API services.

1. AI Services We Use

AurionAI uses the following third-party AI services to provide intelligent voice and text-based support:

  • Anthropic (Claude): Our primary language model for conversational reasoning, intent recognition, and support automation. Anthropic's API terms prohibit using API inputs and outputs for model training.
  • OpenAI (GPT and Whisper): Used for speech-to-text transcription (Whisper) and as a failover language model (GPT). OpenAI's API data usage policy states that data submitted via the API is not used to train or improve their models.
  • Google (Gemini): Available as an alternative language model for conversational reasoning and natural language understanding. Google's Gemini API terms state that data sent through paid API requests is not used to train or improve Google's models.

2. How AI Services Are Used

When you interact with AurionAI — via voice call, chat, email, or mobile app — your conversation may be processed by one or more of these AI services for the following purposes:

  • Real-time voice conversation understanding and response generation
  • Speech-to-text transcription of voice calls
  • Knowledge base article search and summarization
  • Ticket classification, routing, and automation
  • Intent recognition and service catalog matching

3. Data Handling

  • None of these AI providers use your data to train, fine-tune, or improve their models.
  • Your data is processed solely to generate responses for your support interactions.
  • Data is not retained by AI providers beyond the duration of the processing request.
  • All data transmission to AI providers uses encrypted connections (TLS).

For full details on how we collect, store, and process your data, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Google API Services

AurionAI uses the following Google API services with explicit user authorization:

Gmail API (gmail.send)

When a tenant administrator connects a Gmail account, AurionAI uses this scope to send support emails on behalf of the connected account. This enables email channel integration so your organization can manage customer communications directly through AurionAI. No email content is read, stored, or shared beyond delivering the message.

Google Calendar API (calendar.events)

When a support agent connects their Google Calendar, AurionAI uses this scope to check calendar availability and create Google Meet video conferences for scheduled meetings with support requesters. Calendar data is accessed only to facilitate meeting scheduling and is not stored beyond the booking transaction.

Both integrations require explicit user consent via Google's standard OAuth authorization flow. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and users can disconnect their accounts at any time from the AurionAI dashboard.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

AurionAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, and do not use it for purposes unrelated to the functionality described on this page.
